I love crabs, but I don't like picking them. Crab cakes are just right for me and here's my recipe:

I 16 oz. can of Phillips Jumbo Lump Crabmeat

(I purchase mine from Costco)

2 Eggs

1/4 cup of Unseasoned Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup of Mayonnaise

1 tsp. of mustard

1 tsp. of Old Bay Seafood Seasoning

Blend all the ingredients except the crabmeat. Fold jumbo lump crabmeat into wet ingredients, keeping it from breaking up. Form into balls by rolling into palms. Drop on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Serves 3-4 depending on size you choose.
